Bondo MP Gideon Ochanda and his predecessor Oburu Oginga have taken CORD’s signature collection drive to their home turf as the coalition prepares for a possible referendum on Its Saba Saba resolutions. The two legislators have poured cold water on the jubilee government efforts to prevent a referendum from ward representatives who are demanding more funds and autonomy.
