Victims affected by jiggers in Murang’a County are not as many as portrayed by some sections of media. This is according to governor Mwangi Wa Iria. The governor noted there are only 1,667 people from the county who are affected in one way or another by jiggers claiming the way the problem is publicized may mean every individual in the county is infested with the Parasite
