A local oil marketer has announced plans to inject a Billion shillings in an ambitious plan to grow its market share. Tosha petroleum which began operations a decade ago is eyeing a slice of the regional market with Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Eastern Congo as its primary targets over the next three years. The company which primarily focuses on oil distribution currently moves 120 million liters of petroleum products but is shifting gears with fuel stations as its next business line
