National Environmental Management Authority director for Nakuru county, Wilfred Osumo has been arraigned in a Nakuru court over an alleged systematic plan of corruptly soliciting and receiving a bribe of 10,000 shillings and later offering half a Million shillings bribe to EACC officers after being arrested.
