Winners of this years school drama festivals entertained president Uhuru Kenyatta during the winners gala held at the sagana lodge. Six-year-old Emily Wanjiru stole the show with her solo verse ‘mvua hii’ that left the audience laughing their heads off, especially the president. Her solo verse was among 14 other items that were presented before the president after emerging winners at the national festivals at Kagumo teachers training college and Bishop Gatimu Ngandu girls. Another star Brian Oloo of Oriwo boys school gave gripped the audience with his piece, arise, which spoke about cheating in examinations.
