Landlords in Nairobi’s eastLeigh area have been warned against illegal water connections. The Nairobi water and sewerage officers conducted a crackdown in the area last evening and arrested one landlord accused of using water that was not legally acquired. Regional water manager Duncan njenga put on notice all landlords with backdoor water linkages that they will catch up with them.
