The National housing cooperation(NHC) plans to go Digital

22nd November, 2013

The National housing cooperation(NHC) is working on an IT platform that will enable prospective house buyers access all information regarding houses, make online payments and track construction. The new E-P-R system to be implemented by seven seas technologies and developed by S.A.P a German multinational software corporation, is expected to go live in 8 months time. This comes as NHC rolls out a five-year plan to erect 30,000 housing units across the country. The new IT system is set to increase transparency and governance as well as reduce the cost of real estate. Previously poor management resulting from over run times has slowed the delivery of houses to Kenyans.
