10 witnesses have dropped out of the ongoing criminal case against lawyer Kethi Kilonzo. The lawyer who is daughter to the late Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo is facing fraud charges over the acquisition of a voters registration acknowledgement slip, handling stolen goods and altering documents has been charged alongside an IEBC official. This morning Kethi through her lawyer Fred Ojiambo sought an adjournment of the case. She argues that she has not received all witness documents. The state opposed the request. The case will be heard on the 24th march next year.
