Suspected drug trafficker dies in Mombasa

Police in Mombasa are investigating the death of a suspected international drug trafficker, who collapsed in mysterious circumstances at a Nairobi hotel. Two men who were posing as tourists were reportedly found dizzy in their hotel room and rushed to hospital, where one of them died. The other man was treated and discharged, and is now being questioned. Police are also questioning a third woman who was with them in the hotel room. Police recovered a hidden stash of heroine weighing 24.5 kilograms, with an estimated street value of 50 million shillings. Both men were legally in the country on valid Lithuanian passports and tourist visas. The lady is said to be from Eldoret.
