I&M bank is the latest entry into the Nairobi securities exchange in a listing that was a result of a takeover by city trust investment company. During the reverse takeover in june 2013 city trust bought 92.7%shares at I&M effectively giving it full ownership of the bank and will now trade as I&M holdings.
