The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission chairman Issack Hassan says his commission has learnt alot from the march 4th election and the legal tussle that followed the announcement of the presidential poll results. He says the IEBC has embarked on an audit to evaluate the whole excercise to ensure problems experienced in the March poll do not recur. Isaak who pointed out failure of the biometric machines as one of the challenges said all the materials are still with the commission and will be used to evaluate what caused the failure.
