A survivor at the Kapuodho goldmine in Rongo Migori county has recounted his 72 hour ordeal under the rubble of a collapsed mine without fresh air, water or food. Noah Ogweno narrated how harrowing the three days were underground as rescuers struggled to save his life. Ogweno was rushed to Tabaka mission hospital in Kisii where he was treated and discharged.
