ODM leader Raila Odinga is defending his social welfare plan of giving out Ksh. 6,000 to the jobless to cushion them from economic hardship. Speaking at various stop overs in Kisumu, Raila dismissed those criticizing his agenda, saying he is aware of how his government will raise the money. Raila who chose to speak in Dholuo in all the stops said with the tightening of corruption loopholes, economic recovery for every Kenyan is a possible dream.
