Four former Police Officers and a police informant charged with the murder of human rights lawyer Willie, his Client Josphat Mwenda and taxi driver Joseph Muiruri have a case to answer. High Court Judge Jessie Lessit ruled that the five suspects will be put on their defense after 46 witnesses gave their evidence. The families of three slain men have welcomed the ruling despite the slow wheel of justice that has so far taken five years.
