12 police officers implicated in the 2017 murder of baby Samantha Pendo will now take a plea on the 21st of this month.  High Court judge Justice Daniel Ogembo has rejected a petition by counsel representing the suspects to have the plea taking deferred for two months. The suspects are facing murder, rape and torture charges.
