ODM leader Raila Odinga has said that his government will not burden Kenyans with foreign debts, but instead take flexible loans at zero interests and longer repayment periods. Odinga spoke during the launch of a 1.4 billion water project in Homa bay town in his day two of Nyanza tour that also saw him launch a medical teachers college in Ndhiwa  Kevin ogutu was on his trail and filed the following report.
