Parliament plans to slam brakes on the election campaign financing amendment bill 2020 proposed by the independent electoral and boundaries commission, IEBC, in a bid to cushion themselves. KTN News has obtained a copy of the draft bill prepared by Ndaragwa Member of Parliament Jeremiah Kioni that seeks to repeal and amend the 2013 election campaigning act, a move that will ultimately shove aside IEBC’s bill.
