ODM leader Raila Odinga has once again castigated Deputy President William Ruto accusing him of dishing handouts to the youth instead of fostering development. The former premier who toured Turkana county on his first day of the rift valley region tour, in his bare-knuckled criticism to the DP, said Ruto was concentrating on his own interests. Odinga has continued to champion his agenda in the 2022 elections.
