Celebrating one year after recognition, story of the Shona community, their religion and traditions

The year 2021 will remain a historic one for the Shona community living in Kenya. The government began issuing them with national identity cards after living as a stateless community for over half a century. But despite living in Kenya for many years the Shona have retained the culture of their forefathers.
