Suna East Mp Junet Mohamed has apologized to persons living with disability over his remarks on Isaac Mwaura . However, Junet maintains that he is only sorry that his remarks were misrepresented by persons living with disability and not his insinuation that Mwaura was using his disability for personal gain. This comes only a day after chaos were witnessed during a funeral in Matungu . Begging the question: who will rein in these despicable acts and is the NCIC completely helpless to do so?
