Police in Samburu are trying to piece up details on how a woman in Baragoi, Samburu county, killed her two year old child by slitting her throat and how another seven year old child survived the attack with a serious cut on the throat in the bizarre occurrence. The woman is said to have run amok and committed the crime just when her husband had left their home.
