As the Tokyo international conference on Africa development-TICAD six came to a close, Africa emerged as the biggest beneficiary of the three-day conference. The Japanese government pledged to invest 30 billion dollars, which is approximately three trillion shillings in Africa to spur economic growth and end poverty. Gracing the closing session, president Uhuru Kenyatta reiterated Africa’s quest to trade more with Asia. Aby Agina now takes stock of what Kenya will gain out of this conference.
