Optimistic Relatives painfully search for bodies after the Huruma tragedy

The owner of the ill-fated Huruma building Samuel Karanja has been arrested. Karanja’s arrest comes as the death toll rises to 20 with 112 people still reported missing. And as our reporter Timothy Otieno now reports, those affected grapple with the painful reality of their dwindling hopes seventy two hours after the tragedy.
