Poitical parties in the Country are facing MOU Headache ahead of the 2017 general elections

As the country gears up for the 2017 general election, more memorandum of understanding (MOU’s) are expected to be signed between political parties. MOU’s have however been dishonored in the past forcing politicians to now seek ways of making them legally binding. And as Chris Thairu reports, some politicians now want the MOU’s kept with the registrar of political parties who will ensure they are fully honored.
