Chief Justice Mutunga addresses graft cases

Chief justice Dr. Willy Mutunga is alarmed over failure to convict suspects accused of engaging in corruption. Mutunga says for the judiciary to successfully convict such suspects, it needs the support of other state organs. Addressing a conference organized by the institute of certified public secretaries of Kenya the chief justice urged all public servants to uphold chapter six of the constitution that touches on leadership and integrity.
