Leader of majority in the National Assembly Aden Duale has once again hit out the International Criminal Court of giving a pre-determination of the kind of judgment to expect.the court will issue its judgment on tuesday on whether Deputy President William Ruto and journalist Joshua Sang have a case to answer. Speaking in Garissa this afternoon, Duale questioned how some journalists are able to get certain information on the Ruto Sang case that is not accesible to the public Duale said Kenyans expect “nothing short of a no case to answer against Ruto and Sang.
