15 years ago today, Kenya woke up to news of a dormitory tragedy in the heart of Machakos. 67 schoolboys died in a fierce fire that left their parents devastated. On the 3rd of this month, the high court ordered the government to pay parents a compensation of 41 million shillings. Was this justice served?
