Only days after KTN news questioned the apparent emergence of planned toll stations on Nairobi’s southern by-pass, the bill boards announcing that fact have been pulled down. And in reaction to the exclusive KTN news story, the Matatu Owners Association says introducing toll stations would amount to double taxation.
