The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission will tomorrow begin the voter registration exercise targeting 4 million new voters. This comes barely a few days after the commission announced that it had doubled the number of voter registration kits. But as KTN’s Murimi Mwangi now reports, the high stakes exercise may be the first litmus test for the electoral body this year barely 18 months to the country’s next general elections.
