President Uhuru Kenyatta has announced that the National Youth Service empowerment project is set to make a comeback later this month. The president spoke in Kisumu on his sixth visit to the region since he was elected. And as Victor Ogalle now reports , the visit is viewed as one of Jubilee’s campaign strategies ahead of the 2017 general election.
