A section of Pokot leaders reject calls for Rift Valley leaders to join JAP

The ongoing merger of political parties affiliated to the jubilee coalition is one that continues to attract differing sentiments from coalition members. Some claim it undermines democracy and that it threatens to take the country back to the single party rule system. Deputy President William Ruto however remains adamant that the merger will further unite the country.
