Baringo senator Gideon Moi has urged the national government to consider increasing funding allocated to counties to enable Kenyans access critical services and to improve development. Speaking in Seretunin in Baringo central, the senator also criticized the 278 billion shilling allocation for 2015/16 for all the 47 counties saying it still fails to meet the 45 per cent criterion earlier agitated by governors.
