Prominent blogger Abraham Mutai released from police custody

Prominent blogger Abraham Mutai was released from police custody. Mutai who was arrested in Mombasa and brought to Nairobi is accused of misuse of licensed telecommunications to cause anxiety. He was freed on a personal bond and ordered to report to the CID headquarters for further questioning. His arrest believed to have been prompted by his recent expose on corruption and the ivory trade generated outrage on Social Media.
