Kenya and China sign a Memorandum of Understanding on Industrial Development

Kenya and china have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen the existing bilateral co-operation between the two countries. The new focus in partnership will centre on industrial development, technology transfer, agricultural modernization, mineral exploitation and infrastructure development. Speaking at the foreign affairs headquarters in Nairobi this evening, china’s foreign affairs minister Wang yi said Kenya is at the stage of industrial take-off and china is ready to support Kenya attain successful industrialization.
