Well you may just draw some inspiration from 84 year old John Ruengo Gituchi. Believe it or not the octogenarian runs 10 kilometers four days every week. Ruengo who is believed to be the country’s oldest marathoner has been running the Safaricom LEWA Marathon for the past 14 years.
