Farmers from Naivasha embrace sustainable crop farming through minimum use of agrochemicals

As the world celebrates world food day, a day celebrated annually on October 16 to promote global awareness and action for those who suffer from hunger, and to highlight the need to ensure healthy diets for all, Kenya has not been left behind. Farmers from Moi Ndabi village in Naivasha can now afford a smile. After embracing sustainable crop farming through minimum use of agrochemicals and integrated pest management, their farm productions have drastically improved not only in the quantity but also in the quality of products.
