Sugarcane farmers under the Kenya Sugarcane Growers Association have announced, that they will be seeking to be enjoined in a case, in which Crossley holdings, that is associated with Kibos Sugar Company Chairman Sukhwinder Singh Chathe, laid claim to the expansive 11,000 Acre Miwani Sugar Company.
