National Treasury Cabinet Secretary Ukur Yattani has moved to clarify that the Kenya Transport and Logistics network, will not merge Kenya Ports Authority, Kenya Pipeline Corporation and Kenya Railways, but will streamline all services under one roof. Yattani was speaking before the National Assembly’s committee on Finance and Planning.
