Kenya’s CBK’s monetary policy committee meets to review the country’s monetary policy

The Central Bank’s monetary policy committee met this afternoon to review the country’s monetary policy, as banks withdarw notices of higher interest rates. And despite pressure from the government, the bank retained its benchmark lending rate at 11.5%.
