Igembe North MP Maoka Maore and former Gatanga MP Peter Kenneth took Raila Odinga’s presidential campaign to Meru.
The leaders who were also in the company of Meru Assembly Speaker Joseph Kaberia were attending the final of a soccer tournament sponsored by Maore at Laare in the vote-rich Igembe region.
Kenneth said he was firmly behind Raila and asked residents to support the former PM's presidential bid. He said he was impressed by how residents of Igembe received Raila during his last visit.
“I know in Igembe North you are for Baba and Azimio la Umoja,” said Kenneth.
