Jeremiah Kioni maintains he still holds the position of Secretary General of the Jubilee Party, despite earlier being suspended.
Kioni, on Friday, February 10, confirmed being in receipt of petitions against four Jubilee members, notifying them of the intent to appear before the Party's disciplinary committee.
The four are EALA MP Kanini Kega, nominated MP Sabina Chege, Eldas MP Adan Keynan, and Senator Fatuma Dullo.
They are accused of among other things: "being disloyal to the party and advancing agendas contrary to the party's position.

They are also accused of "demonstrating a lack of respect for Jubilee's organs."
Kioni, in letters seen by The Standard, notified the four members that they will be contacted with more instructions in due course.
This is the latest development in the Jubilee party's shake-up.
Earlier on Friday, the Party's National Executive Committee (NEC) suspended Jeremiah Kioni as its Secretary General and replaced him with East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) Member of Parliament Kanini Kega.
Jubilee also resolved to kick out David Murathe as its National Vice-Chairperson and replaced him with Eldas MP Adan Keynan.
The party's NEC also resolved to leave the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya Coalition.
The decisions come on the back of divisions within Jubilee Party after close to 30 members visited President William Ruto at State House, Nairobi on Wednesday, February 8 and pledged to work with him.
