The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a safety advisory to Kenyan citizens residing in Iran and Israel following the rising tensions between the two countries.
In a press statement released Tuesday, the Ministry urged all Kenyans currently in the two nations to register with the nearest Kenyan diplomatic missions either in Tehran or Tel Aviv to facilitate communication and potential emergency assistance.
"Register your presence if you have not done so to ensure you can be reached quickly in case of evacuation or emergency support," the statement read in part.
