Activist Boniface Mwangi has hit headlines again after he blocked an unknown Government entourage that was driving on the wrong side of the road on Monday morning.

In a video which he uploaded on social media, the Government vehicles are seen driving on the wrong side of the road before a bodyguard alights from one of the vehicles to control traffic.

“Why are you driving on the wrong side? I’m not going to move,” Boniface Mwangi is heard saying in the video that has since gone viral.

The activist refuses to move his car prompting the Government vehicles to move to the opposite lane.

“I only give way to ambulances and fire engines. I block entitled civil servants and politicians who love to use sirens to avoid traffic.

“As a taxpayer, I expect the people in these big cars to follow the law and work towards solving the perennial traffic jams,” a defiant Boniface Mwangi says.

This is not the first time Boniface Mwangi is blocking a VIP entourage. Back in 2016, the activist forced a driver of a Member of Parliament to reverse and follow traffic.

In the video, Mwangi was seen telling the MP to respect the law and drive on the correct side.

Late last year, another bold man became the internet sensation after stopping an MP's car which was being driven inappropriately.

David Lemayian gave the MP a lesson he will never forget after he stood in front of the car which was overlapping on Kamburu Drive and blocked the driver from driving on the wrong side.
