More than 65 nursery school pupils at Kapndege Primary School in Soin/Sigowet sub-county are learning in makeshift structures, exposing them to respiratory disease as winds blow dust their way. The school headmaster, Clement Rugut, said their woes began when they were kicked out of a room they had been allocated by a sympathetic local real estate owner in the area three years ago.
