Governors Council calls for constitution referendum for fair share of National revenue

The Governors Council is now demanding for a referendum to change the constitution to ensure the counties get what they are calling their fair share of the National revenue. The governors have been angered by this financial year’s share of 226 Billion for counties, which they say has been calcuclated based on the wrong formula
