Top seeds from East African countries have confirmed participation in the Eastern and Northern Africa Darts Championships to be hosted at Lions Hall in Nakuru on Saturday and Sunday.
The two-day-tournament, which is part of the Africa Continental Tour under the auspices of Africa Darts Group (ADG) has attracted top players from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda.
More confirmations are still expected from Burundi, Ethiopia and South Sudan.
Tournament coordinator Simon Muhia said they still expect more entries from Egypt, Tunisia and Libya.
"So far, players from the East Africa Community countries have officially registered with us. What we are awaiting for are those from Northern Africa," Muhia told reporters yesterday.
