Why you might not ever get a job again... if you swear a lot on the internet

The internet is easily the third best invention, after bacon and Netflix, but it has been known for the internet to be used against you.

It's shocking, we know, but numerous people have complained that they either lost their job, or got turned down for a job they applied for because their employer/potential employer didn't like something about their online presence.

Job applications are now asking you to write down anything you've ever written on Twitter, Facebook or any other social network, that you think might be incriminating to you.

One such application, which was tweeted out earlier today by @MichaelMPhysics included the question:

"Is there any adverse information, which you are aware of, relating to you that might come up in an internet search?"
