Francis Kimemia testifies against blogger Robert Alai

Nairobi, Kenya: Secretary to the Cabinet Francis Kimemia told a Nairobi court that tweets published by a blogger in March alleging he attempted to influence the decision of the Supreme Court in an election petition caused him embarrassment and annoyance.

Mr Kimemia, who was testifying in a criminal case against blogger Robert Alai, said the tweets were aimed at causing disrepute to him and his office.
