A middle-aged man appeared before a Gucha court and denied sodomising his nine-year-old son.
Stephen Obure allegedly committed the offence on June 27 at Misesi Sub-Location in Gucha.
He appeared before Ogembo Resident Magistrate Mwaniki Kamau and denied committing the crime at their home. Chief Inspector Tobias Akumu indicated four witnesses would testify.
Mr Obure was released on a Sh300,000 bond with a similar surety and Mr Kamau said Ogembo Senior Principal Magistrate Daniel Ogola will hear the matter on July 31.
