At 40 years of age, you might expect Manny Pacquiao to be slowing down - but you'd be wrong.
For as the ring legend prepares to step into the squared circle for the 71st time against Keith Thurman tonight, he is showing no sign of taking his foot off the gas.
After spending the first part of his training camp in the Philippines, Pacquiao moved to his long-time home from home, trainer Freddie Roach's famous Wild Card gym.
And there he has been putting his body through a torturous and brutal regime.
Following a morning run of between three and five miles, during which Pacquiao is often joined b a stream of fans, Pacquiao returns to the gym for circuits, including 1,000 sit-ups.

After a break, the Filipino is back in the gym where he spars and is put through his paces on the pads and backs by trainers Roach and Buboy Fernandez.
And if all that wasn't enough, Pacquiao finishes his day with another thousand sit-ups.
"Manny is so unbelievably fast," says Roach. "He’s 40 years old and moving around the ring with the same speed he had when he was just a seven-division world champion."
Of course, to fuel his daily regime, Pacquiao needs to eat. A lot.
Unsurprisingly, he burns a staggering 7,000 calories every day and needs up to six meals as a consequence.
From a protein shake before his morning run to main meals of traditional Philippine chicken broth and beef, Pacquiao is constantly fueling his body.
But having said all that, Pacquiao has made changes to his regime over the years.
And according to Roach, his charge is finally listening to his body - and taking days off.
"If he wakes up and his body doesn’t feel right or he just doesn’t think he has it that day, he just takes the day off," he told Yahoo Sport.
"He never wanted to do that before. But he understands now that a day off here and there is actually more beneficial to him than just grinding, grinding and grinding some more is."
